My family and I have lived at Highcrest apts. for 5 years. The owner Terry Persuad is doing a good job of keeping the apartment complex a viable place to reside. Be a good tenant and you will be treated fairly.

With 100 plus units bad eggs will creep in but they are cleaning it up. WBL school district is great and the neighborhood is outstanding.

We are moving on to a different location but I would not discourage anyone from renting here.
