I have lived here at HighCrest Apartments for the last two years.. I have never had a problem with the Owner or any maintaince staff. I have had the best neighbors you could ever ask for.
All maintaince issues when brought to the owner have always been responded to in a timely manner. I have and would continue to recommend HighCrest Apartments to friends and family. I plan on staying here at HighCrest for along time because the owner and all new management staff are easy to talk to and all the maintaince personnel are very nice.

Unrepaired appliances, peeling flooring, break-ins and drug dealing in the parking lot, an awful smell in the hallways, non-working smoke alarms, trash overflowing from receptacles at the doorways -- The place is a pit -- with a history of code violations. The owner should be ashamed of the way he's allowed the place to be run into the ground. I also suspect background checks on some of the staff would turn up some very interesting information. These positive reviews must be from shills -- or the owner himself. Stay away - it's a slum.
