You have a slumlord that owns these units, and does not give a RATS ASS on SAFTEY and (MAINTENCE) issues here, all he cares about is his DAMM rent $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$ and screw the TENATES, this fire that happened here was messed up, because smoke detectors were vary OLD, and not working half the time, he's barley passing CODES here when inspected, which is not good at all, this will never change with him, you take the chance and rent here, but let me tell ya something eles if this fire happened at 2:00am people and CHILDREN would be DEAD, smoke detectors would not be working like they suppose too, and besides that some drug dealers living here as well, not GOOD... and also can't believe the ratings on this place, i know management wrote up something on this, that boost the rating up, to protect her JOB, what a DUMP this place is, and also i heard about some dozens of Cockroches over there as well, my GOD whats this world coming too @ Hell Crest and Good Luck to ALL.... n PS these 3 units that BURNED are not being REMOLDELED, n the PICS here say it ALL!!!!!!
