We lived in this apartment complex from 2000-2003. We CONSISTENTLY had problems with our air conditioning breaking. They would send a maintenance worker to "fix" it, it would work for a few hours, then break again. They wouldn't hire a professional HVAC person to look at it, just send one of their two maintenance workers to come look at it. It was miserable! We lived on the top floor, and without fail, the A/C would break when the office was closed and the maintenance workers weren't on duty.
Also, we had problems with our bedroom windows on the eastern side of the building. Every time it would rain, we would get a flood through the windows. My husband and I would each be camped out in separate bedrooms with towels and buckets. Once again, the company was too cheap to do anything more then recaulk the windows (which didn't solve the problem). Don't even get my started on the mold culture I discovered from the leaking windows when we moved!
If you are thinking of renting here, stay away from the rear of the building, those railroad tracks are hellacious at night.
Both my husband and my car got broken in to while we lived there, so don't leave anything valuable out (although, with my car they broke in to steal the radio). We would have moved right away, but they kept promising us they would solve the problems, but never did. Also, my husband is military so we move alot anyway.

We have a 24 hour on-call caretaker and also a 24-hour emergency maintenance technician. If there is an issue after office hours, the emergency number should be called. We replace windows, and contact licensed vendors for repairs as needed. -Jennifer Cin, Property Manager
