Highland Ridge Apartments

Great Management, nice apartments From: ckayehalgren Date posted: 8/8/2006 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006   I have lived at Highland Ridge since January of 2005. The only reason I am moving is because I am getting a dog. The management team has always been extremely helpful as well as the maintenance team. I have always had my maintenance requests dealt with within 24 hours. The building itself is in pretty good condition and constant improvements are being made. They have the best amenities of any building I have looked at. It is not in the greatest of areas- my apartment was broken into. However, it was not due to the security of the building- there are several security cameras and good locks on doors- a resident let the burglar in. I have a fourth floor vaulted ceiling apartment and there is a ton of space. Very convenient area 5 minutes from airport, 35E, 494, 62, 55, and MOA.
