Highland is a great place to live.
The manager "Colleen" is outstanding and has a solid staff to support her. Maintenance is always done fast and they fix things right the first time! The garages are clean and safe. Love it here!
The grounds are beautiful all year long, beautiful flowers and grass everywhere! They put in a movie theater that is as good as going out,business center is quiet. The indoor pool and hot tub are wonderful.
If you are getting out of a home and moving to an apartment as we did, this is the best place you could move to.
