I've lived here going on 5 years and I can honestly say its the best place I've lived thus far. I'm a going on 6 year college student and have never had any problems here whatsoever. I lived in a 3 bedroom for 1 year and a 2 bedroom for 3 years same building. The office staff - although it changes semi frequently - has always been great. The maintenance guys are very personal and know what they're doing and do it right the first time free of charge. The office staff is also very personal and know you by first name and apt number (and garage stall if they're good :) the apartments are very spacious and nice. Carpet and walls get done (painted and shampooed) before and after you leave free of charge, you only have to pay for electricity and cable/internet if you chose to get it - otherwise trash and water are taken care of and included in your rent. Rent is a little spendy - have to be honest - 1200 for a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom is up there but compared to others around the area, its way way better and worth it. we have an indoor pool, hot tub, sauna, weight room, movie theatre, pool table, game/party room you can rent out and everything always is in working condition. I've lived here for almost 5 years like i said and if this place sucked, i would have moved out a lot time ago - trust me. I do really like it here and plan on staying a while.
