Don't live at highland on the park. Jamie Miller the manager is the worst ever. She had a bunch of complaints against her and instead of getting rid of her they promoted her and they now have her running 2 apartments in oppisite sides of the twin cities. She is never in the office and when she is who would want to talk to her. One day she is your best friend and the next day she won't even look at you. She will try to screw you over and steal your deposit. She will lie and say you didn't clean your apartment and you will have to go to a judge to get the money back. Don't ever move in to these apartments if you like a clean, quiet and safe living arangement. The halls smell like garbage, there is a warehouse across the street and semis are in and out at all hours day and night, and your car will be broken into. When you ask jamie amd managment for cameras they will laugh at you. This managment does not care about tennents and will try to F you over the first chance they get. DON'T EVER MOVE TO HIGHLAND ON THE PARK APARTMENTS! THEY ARE ----!

You know, I've never had a problem with Jamie in the 3 1/2 years I've been here. Of course, I follow the rules, so maybe that's why. In fact, she has helped me out with a claim with HOP management, which she sure didn't have to do! I appreciate all she does. I don't particularly like that she now has to split her time with another complex, but that one is supposed to be really bad and they needed someone to get it shaped up and Jamie can do it. Believe me, with all the horror stories I hear about other complexes, this one is great. I think the people posting these negative posts have an ax to grind and it's just sour grapes. Grow up people and start taking responsibility for your own actions!

I agree with this person! YOur car will almost defienley get broken into especailly if you park in the underground parking, which does smell like decomposing bodies. Jamie at times is very unapproachable but then there are other times when she is all smiles. Living at Highland on the Park was a very disappointing experience.
