I've been living here for about a year. It took a while to get used to the noise of the bar below (Fern's). It never fails, at least three times a week, someone's car alarm will go off. Since the windows are quite thin, I can hear everything. And I mean everything.

I would have to say my main complaint is parking. There is a decent sized lot outside, but that is shared by tenants, shoppers, businesses and people eating at Fern's and La Grolla. It sucks when you can't even get a parking spot in your own lot! And then there is all of teh drunks that try to back out of teh narrow spots and end up bumping cars. I've seen two really bad bumps that caused major damage. The people, of course, drive off because parking lot accidents aren't covered by insurance. Of course there is underground parking, but $70/month is a lot!

If you move here, the best choice would be to pay the extra money and get an apartment with a balcony. That way you won't have to deal with the noise from Fern's on the west side, and Costello's on the north side. Overall, the management is great and I would love to stay here, but I'm looking for a place that allows pets.
