Above average From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 6/30/2006 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2006   Pretty nice place. Sometimes noisy hallways and some door slamming. Sometimes you can hear the railroad cars and air planes taking off. The remodeled units are nice. Refridgerator is from 1998 and has motor noise--it's functioning. All utilities paid for including parking, which is nice. Exercise equipment sucks royally! In November 2005, a newspaper said that this building was up for sale for condo conversions. Take a look and compare with other apartments before you decide. What your gut feeling tells you is really what it is. If you feel comfortable with this place, then go for it. I liked the size and layout of the building, paid utilities, remodeled unit, and 24-hour security/cameras/maintenance/front desk.
