Great Apartment, Great Staff . . . Mostly

I lived here for a little over a year. Overall, I would say it is a great apartment. The staff was for the most part friendly and helpful, maintenance issues were responded to quickly. My apartment was large and priced well. Laundry facilities were adequate, though they did increase the price twice during my stay (from $1 to $1.50 per wash or dry.) Central air kept my apartment more than comfortable and the fact that all necessary utilities were paid by the apt. was great! If you would like to live in the city, this is a great choice, however if you're more of a suburban person, I would avoid Kellogg Square. My only complaints: The work-out facilities were somewhat dated and limited. Also for some reason, they kept many entrances from the stairwell locked, so even if I was only travelling up or down one floor I would have to wait for an elevator which could take sometime. Finally, most apartments were not supplied with window blinds, or even window screens, you either have to provide your own, or do without, I thought this was odd.
