This place is a disaster. One of the biggest problems is the self important, entitled ---- of a manager. Recently, they did a "cursory" inspection of EVERYONE's apartments in the guise of "replacing faulty A/C units". I had been taking pictures of stuff to sell on-line and low and behold, the day after they performed their inspections, I get a nasty letter telling me I am in violation of my lease and fire codes because I have "clutter" on the floor. I have been living in apartments for most of my adult life and have never been subject to such a blatant invasion of my privacy! If we were living in a fascist nation that would be one thing, but I live in America, I pay my rent on time, keep to myself and NEVER bother the neighbors! How dare they tell me how many cds or articles from work I can have on my floor. They even mentioned the CLEAN clothes I had yet to fold in my bedroom that were on my floor. I go to work and pay my bills so that I don't have to have my Mommy telling me to clean my room! What is this world coming to! On top of that, you have to sign a waiver when you first move in releasing them from any liability if you get lung cancer because the building has an abundance of Asbestos on site.

Gee, great review. You're really helping people. I don't care if they bitched at you for having a messy room, that should have no impact on how you rate ANY category except for "office staff" it's reviews like this that make this service worthless.
