This place is not as bad as everyone says it is. This is the only place I've ever found that includes electricity in the rent, and the rent is still dirt cheap, plus the apartment has Central Air and parking included, even though the parking ramp has its fair share of problems. The views from the higher floors are AMAZING. The pool and sun deck are really great, and the building does seem to be doing quite a bit of improvement projects. Plus, this is one of the only buildings I've lived in where people actually talk to each other in the elevators and wish you a nice day. It's like a happy little community all of its own. And no I don't work for Kellogg Square, I just think that people can always see the bad in the places they live and forget about all the good.

I totally agree with this post. My husband and I have lived here for the past 2 years and it's a wonderful place to live. All of our maintenance issues have been addressed quickly and efficiently. People in the elevators are always nice and pleasant. You don't hear the people living above you since there is concrete between the floors. The 3rd floor balcony and sundeck are great to use in the summer and always well kept. The only thing I would complain about would be the security officers. Some of them are crabby and impolite. Beyond that, we love this place and have had no serious issues.

However, just wait until you try and move out i'd be surprised if you got your deposit back... no one gets their deposit back
