The previous review hit it right on the head when they wrote "dirt cheap". Yes, there are a lot of remodel projects going on. New apartment doors. Lobby, laundry room, pool and rental office upgrades. All of this comes at a price to the residents living there. 90% of my requests to the office for maintenance were ignored completely or never followed up on. I made a complaint and they acted like I was the one who caused the problem! The hallway was always dirty. Windows never washed. Lots of chipping paint. Liquids spilled by the recycling bins were never cleaned up. The parking garage was filthy. Cars with no license plates and flat tires were a common site. The building is aging fast. Heating & air conditioning systems are poor. The upgrades, mostly visual, are aimed at raising the rents. Nice location and beautiful views. Poorly managed.
