This is the best building at the best rate in town! Not only a high rise, but all utilities are paid for. The building is super clean and secure (security always by the door), everything in St Paul is within walking distance. Just because you had an "experience" doesn't mean you weren't in violation, and doesn't mean the entire apartment is "horrible."
Ask anyone who knows about this place, and they'll tell you how lovely (and worth it) it really is!

I agree! I love it here! I REALLY wish there was better fitness machines, but other than that, I couldn't be happier!
