I was suppose to move to a townhosue but the owner backed out on the deal. I went to Kellogg Square even after reading and hearing the bad reviews. They turned me and my boyfriend down DUE TO NO RENT HISTORY!! But he Co-Sign for a House'' He can get a house but not an apartment'' We even offer to pay 2 months in advance and a big deposit. THEY STILL REFUSE. Im not sure if they are beening RACIST or what'' Im starting to feel very offended and like the rejection is personal. Things have been very complicated with them. How can you get rental history if no one wont let you rent from them. I use to work in a Leasing office, I know for a fact! the Manager is the decision maker. I think theyre racist or just plain old MEAN. DONT JUDGE A BOOK BY ITS COVER, Your mother always says.

Trust me, your life will be a lot happier if you don't have to deal with the management at Kellogg Square. As difficult as it was for you to try to get in, they are just as difficult about people moving out. They try to charge you for every little thing, although my apartment was filthy when I moved into it.
