Unprofessional management team. They do NOT treat you as a tenant, in fact, when issues arise such as mistreatment by their staff/services, they not only overlook the river but they also overlook addressing the problem. I have a case of harassment that was responded to with "no, that didn't happen". They refuse to provide clarity of their "investigation" and just outright require that we take legal action for them to provide further action. Great building, bad management team. As a renter, this is a no go. Check out other reviews, reference the ratings, and then decide for yourself.
Another issue is the parking lot attendees and trash room cleanliness. The attendants do not seem to care too much about their jobs, therefore they treat you like you're invisible. The trash chutes have smelled the entire duration. It didn't look like any cleaning was ever done so be prepared to plug your nose. The space for parking is cramped and BREAK INS are a WEEKLY occurence. They claim tight security but the glass on the pavement in the parking lot proves otherwise.
Also, water temperature fluctuation seems to be a constant issue. There is always working being done and the noise that result are mind boggling.
