I was going to rent here...

I looked at this apartment for the second time, ready to put a payment down.

Unfortunately, the rent went up $40 per month within the 2 week period I had previously looked at the apartment.

Instead of giving me the original offer, the lady I was wokring with abruptly refused to.

She used high pressure sales techniques to influence my buying behavior, and indirectly refused to give me information on another property nearby (McLaren Hill) in which they also owned.

She treated me like a college student, unlike what I truely am - a professional who has the money to spend.

Nicelooking apartments, but was treated badly and felt uncomfortable with the staff so I went elsewhere.
