From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 5/25/2005 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2005   The Kendrick is in a very convienent location prices are great for an apartment that has washer/dryer in the apartment. And my heating and cooling is free. I dont' pay for water and sewer. My only utility is electric. And I have a real wood burning fireplace,if that isn't cool. The staff there is small but oh so friendly. If I need a repair they are there same day or next. Not 2 weeks later like previous places I have lived. They are not sound proff that is for sure, but if I wanted sound proff I would buy a house as most people do when they are done with apartment living. I think the kendrick is a nice place to live and has a price tag that I can afford while I'm attending college gkZ41df9CgXQPfm8K2A7
