Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007
The apartments are very poor, the only thing I liked was the water pressure and always lots of parking. All the screen doors were chipped or had rust stains, we also asked for a quite area since we were a family of 3, 2 months into our lease they moved 2 college boys into the unit above us. Needless to say we were extremely unhappy and management did not care. Pet deposit is $300 per cat, little outrageous IMO.
