I have lived here for almost a year, and although a two bedroom is a bit pricey, it is enough space for two people easily.
I love having laundry, water, heating and ac included, that is really hard to find at this price.
The apartment does shake sometimes when trains go by, but the soundproofing in my apartment is very good, at least to the outside noise.
Parking is always easy to find.
There is one office manager who is a royal pain to work with sometimes, but the maintenance and other concerns are addressed immediately.
It's also right on the 3B busline which is great for people who prefer to bus to work/school.
