Love this place From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 6/15/2007 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007   I just re-newed my lease for another year at The Kendrick because after shopping around I realized for the price nothing beat it. The grounds are kept very clean and I love that we have our own entrance, two infact. The apartment bedrooms are a little small but I dont mind giving up space for an in unit washer and dryer. The staff is pretty attentive and usually take care of your problems quickly. I personally have had no issues in the year that I have lived here. I have moved every year for the last six years and could really tell you some stories about crappy landlords and crappy buildings, of which The Kendrick is not neither. For the price you pay and the ammenities that are included this place is a great place to live. I read some of the other reviews and had to laugh to myself about some peoples' expectations of apartment living. Anyone who has ever had a bad experience in apartment living will really love this place as do I.
