I lived in the Kendrick for 1 year and really enjoyed it. It is a very nice, quiet neighborhood - walking distance to Como park and the Saints stadium. The staff was always very friendly and helpful. Maintenance requests were taken care or immediately - which is hard to find these days! The units were recently upgraded and feature brand new kitchens. TONS of very nice cabinet space and new kitchen appliances. Washer and dryer in unit is always a plus too. Lots of parking was always available. The only drawback were the trains, which were frequent and slightly shook the bldg, but a person gets used to it. Our bldg was always quiet but towards the end we got some noisy neighbors with a few police and K-9 units around several evenings(not sure what was going on). Otherwise, the grounds were nicely kept and it was a pleasant experience. The only reason I moved was to be closer to work and wanted a larger place. I have lived in many aparements and would recommend the Kendrick to others!
