I've read some of the reviews and totally disagree. I could just barely hear the train go by last night. I'm in one of the buildings on the opposite side of the property from the railroad track and also face south (away from). I'm on the third floor and it's almost totally quiet there. If I have a problem with something, it gets fixed very quickly and cheerfully. The place is clean and well lit with friendly management that cares.
