We were looking for something short term that would accept dogs in Shoreview so we picked here. Though the carpets were supposed to be cleaned - they were awful, stains everywhere. I am not sure whose carpet got cleaned perhaps the managements.

The plumbing leaked into the underground garage - so the garaged tended to smell like shampoo - kind of gross, we were always hopeful that the people wouldn't pee in the shower. If you were lucky you could wash the car with the soap.

Dogs pooped everywhere including inside the building - and the fleas were awful.

When we first toured the property we were shown the many areas on the property that were available for dogs. After arriving we were constantly harrased unless we used the 6 x 6 dog run area - that was so filled with feces that the dogs would not go in it. It became clear that the management prefered that you took your dog on neighboring property or else.

Management was extremely rude and disruptive. They treated tenants like prisoners.

The also tended to put people from foreign countries in the older of the two dog buildings and they would tend to be afraid of dogs.

We also heard of cases where girls were having sex in the bathroom by the pool, gee every dad's dream.

DON'T GET SUCKED IN.
