Okay for me but probably not for most.

I choose this place because it is one of the few properties with limited dog restrictions because I own a very large dog. Note the few restrictions they have (spay/neuter, no dogs <1yo) were not enforced which did bother me. Many times thge office staff would ask if I planned on having puppies because my dog was well known and very friendly... I often had to remind them of their own rules.
The surrounding neighborhood is very nice with a lake and beach nearby. The apartment community is less than stellar... some vice nice people, lots of college kids, and some very sketchy folks.
The grounds/landscaping was well maintained the buildings were not. This was okay for me because I'm a very low maintainence person who likes to do things myself. Other people I knew in the apartment had told me many stories of hassles with office staff over routine maintanence issues.
Checkout was a nightmare... they meticulously checked every little thing and tried to hold me responsible for fixing issues that existed and were noted by me prior to my move in. This was extermely irritating because I am certain they would not fix the issues after I left even though they would withhold a portion of my security deposit.
Overall not bad but I would not reccomend this property.
