Good Management

Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2007
 
Pros:
-Good/Quick service when needed
-Clean grounds
-Zero noise issues (for me)
-Underground parking (for a fee disguised in rent)

Cons:
-Stiff pet rules w/ fines
-Horrible resident manager (in building 585 as of Jan07 at least)
-Dirty, un-kept common areas (585)
-Poor storage space in kitchen

All in all a good place to live temporarily (no more than 2 years or management will begin to irk you)
