All of the Management of Lakeshore oaks apartments...for a lack of words SUCK. Do not deal with ----- in the office, she is the reason and the meaning of the word trash. Wont be long before I move out!!!!!

I am not sure why I ever see positive rating for this place. I lived there for one long year. I never had heat and the apartment above me flooded constantly. NOt to mention maintenance entered your place all hours of the day without warning except when you had a maintenance request, then you could not find them anywhere. My building caretaker lived across the hall and she was a drunk and her old man beat her everyday and her way to get away was to clean the building to OCD standards and this was done 24 x 7 x 365! Please disregard any reviews you see about this property being nice and move in a box at least there you will be not be charged money to be treated like crap!!!! Great review word wise but number wise rating does not justify this place. you almost have to give a ZERO to make sure people get the message. dont worry I did the same as you not knowing the affect I had on the overall score.
