I just left the rental office to ask the site manager about the breakin in the undergroud Garage, I had asked if Lakeshore Oaks would cover the losses caused by Secure underground parking, She stated "We never Guarantee Security"; yet charge a $50 fee per month to park there. I also asked about the reason for the fee and she said it was to park there, nothing else. I also asked for there insurance information to file the claim because I hold them responsiable for the break in, She said "we dont have Insurance" also. So this place in neither Secure or insured

you know that's really funny, because they told something similar... this is the SECOND TIME WITHIN SIX MONTHS THAT THIS HAS HAPPENED TO US... NOT A SECURE APARTMENT HOME
