This place was good the first two years but has steadily gone down hill. They advertise it as a poochie paradise...not! The trees drop sticky buds which you have to peel off the dogs ffet, they use non pet safe salt on the sidewalks and will tell you to buy doggie booties, the pet designated pet area is about 20' by 150'...not quite paradise! The underground parking is great if you like sewer water dripping on your car and it flooded with 4 inches of water in hard rains. Like asian decor...with all the asian beetles that get through the bad fitting screens you'll have no problem. The carpet in the hallways has not been cleaned for three years...look at all the pee stains when you tour! Lots of car thefts! I wouldn't let my grandson on the deck...he could crawl right off the deck! Lots of hornets on the third floor! The heat is great...you have to leave the windows open. I had them try to fix it 5 times with no luck! Lakeshore Oaks' Maybe smelly swampshore fuzzy fruit sticky feet and no oaks. How did they come up with that name...ps..you will need poop shoes!
