I noticed the prior opinion, and I would have to disagree. The manager has been very upfront with her goals and what she is trying to do at the apartment complex. In life there is no instant gratification, and if thats what you are looking for, then yes this place isn't for you. I, on the other hand is working with management. Every thing is in baby steps. Quite frankly, if you can't make rent on time, then you can't make rent anywhere else and good luck to you if you try.
She has told me there has been an issue with maintenance people and there could be the possibility there could be further issues. She is the best manager here in the last 6 years. She tries her best and is doing an excellent job in keeping up. Running 150 units with at least 2 people in each apartment is not an easy task. Every time I have stopped in the office, it was busy, but always made time to speak with me and find out my concerns.
I am going to stay just to see the outcome. I think she's on to something good. And I do expect some bigger changes.
