I lived in the Landmark Apartments for a little over a year, and enjoyed my time there very much. Management is cooperative and generally prompt with repairs/maintenance. Sidewalks and parking lots were always plowed in the winter, grass was cut in the summer, and the buildings were kept up well (painting, sweeping, etc.)

The location isn't in the most exciting area, but the Blaine/Northtown area is only a few miles away and is a convenient place for grocery shopping and restaurants.
