I lived in Landmark Estates for 6 years, up until I bought my townhouse in 2006. The management was very amenable. Steve is a very friendly guy. Repairs are done quickly. The residence as a whole is very well maintained. Residents were given chocolates every year as Christmas presents. All around I had a very good experience.
