Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006
I lived at Landmark from 05-06 everything was great plus more. I only moved because my job went to Apple Valley the drive was little far. Steve is a great guy!! He really cares about the building and the people who live there.
The only thing is you have to buy a washier and dryer. Otherwise you are walking with your clothes to the office area. Which is maybe about a block or at least it seem like it. But not a big deal I picked up a washier and dryer for only couple hundred bucks off craigslist. Since Steve is such a great guy he even helped me move them up to my 2 floor apartment and he even hooked them up. Without even asking!
