I would HIGHLY reccomend NOT living here. We had a VERY disappointing experience. From our experience, customer satification is the LAST of their concerns, and taking your security deposit seems to be the first. When we moved in our apartment was run down and dirty--complete with pet stains all over the carpet, when we were told there was no pets in our apartment prior to. Our paperwork was also completed incorrectly by the staff. When we completed our walk thru upon vacating, they signed off on the paperwork that everything was fine. The management decided to call us back later to let us know they found "damage," would take our entire security deposit, and send us a bill for the remaining. We didn't do it, the "damage" was the size of a penny, and we predict they have no intention of fixing it based on the condition of the apaprtment when we moved it. Nobody we talked to was helpful. Clearly, the goal is to take money from innocent people. I hope nobody has to expereince this type of treatment....there are so many other apartments that have good customer service.
