We moved in a month and a half ago-- we based our decision on ratings from this site and the fact that we felt very welcome when we toured with management. We love it, it's close to everything, maintenance is handled quickly, and it's quiet. You can hear the planes, of course, being this close to the airport, but it's not bad enough to counteract all the plusses. It's great to have a washer and dryer in your own apartment. The kitchen looked small at first, but there is tons of cabinet space. We have rented one underground parking space which is so nice in the winter, and there's a car wash bay too to keep the salt off our cars.

The one negative we've experienced is that we were told we'd get a storage closet included in our rent, but upon our move in they were all full. So management is supposedly checking for us all the time to see when one opens up, but nothing has yet. However, this apartment has so much closet space, that we have fit everything in so far.

Overall we really like it so far.
