It's not fantastic..it's not amazing. It is ok.
Things I like:
Underground heated garage that came with Apt.
Management team is nice & prompt
Lots of parking for visitors
The exercise room is very convenient
Things I don't like:
Heat is not as user-controlled as they claim
This winter was very drafty in our apt, had to put plastic-ing on windows and doors.
water gets way too hot (horrible for little ones), and then way too cold in an instant
Airplane noise takes getting used to, but way too loud, and too constant
Laundry room - they ask too much, $1.50 per wash, $1.59 per dry and the dryers don't dry on one try, you have to spend $3.00 to get one load to dry properly
With it being such a big complex, you'd think they'd build a playground for children, no safe space for kids to play.
Not enough lighting outside when it's dark
All in all, I don't like living in the burbs. I'm a city gal. Miss my St. Paul. It's not horrible, just not where I want to be.
