Great apartment, terrible management

I love my apartment here. It's spacious, in a great location, convenient to both downtowns, etc.
My biggest problem with the place is the management. If you like to have maintenance issues resolved in a timely manner, this is not the place for you. It takes at least two weeks and three phone calls. Parking tends to be an issue here as well, since management doesn't bother to enforce the permit-only parking policy.
The other problem I have with the place is my upstairs neighbors. The walls are solid plaster, so you don't hear the people on either side of you, but you can hear everything from above.
