Lexington Hills Apartments

BEWARE! I REPET BEWARE! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 10/22/2007 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2006   BEWARE! I REPEAT BEWARE! This place is not worth the outragest rent that they charge, me and my family lived there for 4yrs and every year the managment changed, maintence is a JOKE! it takes the 3 weeks to fix anything and you have to constanly keep on calling them to get things fix, managment DOES NOT return your calls, the walls in the apartment are so thin you can hear your neighbors fart, and the parking situation is ridiculous if you dont want to pay for a garage for add. $60 a month you have to use the parking lot or the side of the street, it's hard to get a parking space, you have to park across the other side of the street, there not enough parking space for the cars, and when we moved out the managment decided to take our deposit charging us $30 dollars for leaving a few papers in a drawer, and other ridiculous charges, the only thing good about lexington hills is the location, but that's it!, if you wont to take a chance on lexington hills then be my guest, BUT DON'T SAY I DIDN'T WARN YOU!
