I have found the landlords are extremely irresponsible. I lived in this building for a year and there were tons of things going wrong with no response from landlord. We had to call almost every month for them to fix our bill- they would say we put it in late and try to charge a late fee when it was always in on time. There was a shooting and 2 changes in management without any notification to the residents. The fire alarms went off randomly but nobody exited the building to let us know what was going on and no fire trucks came, making me wonder if the alarms are even set up to notify the fire department. The landlords were impossible to get a hold of and if we complained about anything nothing would be done about it. I would not advise that anyone try to live in this complex!
