Years at this apartment: 2000 - 2005
 
I am getting married an leaving at the end of September. This place is very well run. Great attentive and personable staff. I have looked at many other apartments in the last month and have come to realise that the people running Lowertown are great. Honest.

I only wish I could stay. Noisy from post office traffic on the "Black Dog" side od the building. Try to avoid that side
