If you sign a lease expect to pay the bill

The management at Lowertown Commons is not terrible by any means! They have always been accomadating and helpful. They know your name and apartment number and will do anything they can to help residedents. I once called on an unimportant maintenance problem and they still came up within five minutes! For the person who wrote a review, if you sign a lease you have to understand that this means you are going to pay one year of rent. You have to read the lease before you sign and it says that you can't sublet. It really can't be any more clear and that's what a lease is for.
