When we first moved in, the place was really nice. Well kept, quiet, and very clean.

Since the past 6 months, we've seen a deterioration in the over-all peace of the site and in the type of people being screened before given leases.

Recently, we'd heard of break-ins but no notice was put out by management and no action was taken on the mgmt's party to further secure the complex (that is, put out warnings and reinforce patio locks). Nothing's been done to figure out who did it and rumors fly that the perps live in the same building as the rental office (a cop lives in that same building too!).

At this point, I just wished they did a better job screening people -- perform the credit check! It's what you take the $45/person for!
