This complex is "over all" good. I only had a few issues. This staff always seemed helpful however some issues never really got fixed. The entry doors that I used were in working order but the locks were old or poorly repaired. I always had to hold my key half in and half out to get it to unlock to access the building. The walls appeared to be warped and bowing in the hallways, and the wallpaper border was pealing off along the edges as if the gluing was only half done. The celings of my particular apartment were much the same. If you looked at them you could see the shadows where the ceiling bowed down slightly, which always made me a little nervouse. At least two or three times a season, the entire complex would be required to vacate the parking lot for "cleaning" (which only ever seemed to be half done.) or "Plowing" which was equaly a half effort endeavor. During the summer certain spaces would be blocked off for days to weeks for cement repaire on the sidewalk. While if you live and work in the Apple Valley area this complex is a good deal for you, but if you work in say, Saint Paul, or even Minneapolis it really is MUCH too far for the money. While the particular floor plan that I lived in was quite spacious the price was just a bit too much for my likings with working outside Apple Valley. So If you live and work in Apple Valley or near there, like Bloomington at the furthest, yes go for it, live here. If not, Live else where because it's not worth the drive in the end.
