This place has had 3 managers in the last year, Lisa #2 was a good person but not a manager (YET) manager #1 TRACY was cool but seemed to be a burden to the owners (PAY WAS TO HIGH) but well worth it,> Now this leads me to # 3 Tony the tramp. COME ON your a late 30s AND SLEEPING WITH 20 SOMETHING maintenance kid, every time a man walks in the office she puts her tramp skills to work and her actions at the local VFW two drinks and she wants to sleep with everybody, I don't feel MC needs this type of management but the tramp is still here and she has a live in boy friend. Cathy needs to clean house there. The bright side of things is the care takers both are good cleaners my building 4 was a pig pen until Diane came into play (THANKS) she dose a great job and Jenny dose to just stop hanging out with the tramp after work, and the maintenance personal are just plain stupid ever since Randy left (DAVE) was a good one hummm... what happened to Dave.

Not the proper place to vent anger, jealousy, or regection. The current Manager has taken care of the building, exitted the issues and is a genuine person. Maybe you should get to know who your talking about. MC is a great place to be as well as the people who work there. Those who point fingers are their own worst enemy.

MC is a major ripoff.....They can change the fee and dates of their late charges anytime they want and charge you as mach as they want. One month the date is the 10th of the month for late fees, and the next month it is the 9th of the month. They are very sneaky and will do anything to get more money out of the renters even though their rent is already too high!!!!!!!!!!! BIG TURNOVER IN TENANTS AND EMPLOYEES, MMMMMMMM I WONDER WHY???????????? Do not rent from them unless you like to be taken to the cleaners financially........They are the biggest scam I have ever dealt with. Watch your back at MC!!!!!!!!!!!
