Very dissapointed in MC. Had loud and nasty tennats upstairs and no one did anything about it but kept raising the rent and changing the late fee date to earlier in the month to trick tennats, making them think they had until the 10th to pay the rent and suddenly it was the 9th, then back to the 10th and then next month the 8th, making tennats confused so they would have no idea what the late fee date actually was.
It is a very sad day when people are being ripped off when they are just trying to have a roof over their head. IF YOU RENT AT MC YOU WILL REGRET IT BIG TIME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
