Not a nice place....Rent subsidy or not!

Years at this apartment: 1995 - 2006
My niece moved into this place although I have known others who have lived here in the past. The police are ALWAYS there, the leasing staff try to come off as PROFESSIONAL, when they really could care less. They do make an attempt however for some parts of the building to make it secure. The aparment that my niece moved into was not at all clean (believe me, I know the difference).. and yes, they do have a mouse problem!If you're tough and on the way up to something better in life.. you could possibly stomach it (depending upon the part of the building your new apt is located) If you're looking for nice, clean, quiet and respectable... This one aint it...
