Okay experience..

I lived in a 3rd floor apartment with a balcony. The apartment was beautiful. New carpet, dishwasher, fridge, kitchen floor (fairly cheap though). The place was transitioning from an senior apartment complex to whatever they could get. Walls are fairly thin, but I have no complaints about my neighbors. The management is incredibly hard to get ahold of and to get anything fixed sooner than 2-3 weeks. It took me months to get my deposit back. Club Cancun is right next to the complex so sleep is hard to find on Friday nights. They did start towing people in the parking lot, but before that there were belligerent drunks at 2 am ready to drive home. Parents didn't really watch their kids so they would be outside screaming and throwing rocks at things during the day. I liked it because it was near highway 36. The neighborhood can be a bit creepy (I wouldn't walk alone at night). I was constantly hit on by my weird creepy neighbors too. Overall I would recommend this place if you are looking for a nice apartment but don't care about the safety of the neighborhood and can deal with slow management.
