I have complained about many things and they do not seem to take care of them. As far as the outdoors or indoor pool, watch out because 99% of the time it is cold. I even got sick in the summer because the pool was cold. Now a days because they have so many empty apartment they seem to be leting anybody in and they lowered the rent for them and got a real exersie room. When I moved in they had really old not working machings and now all of sudden they turn most of the guys room with new machines into an exersie room.

Haha, I have to reply to this. I'm a wimp with cold water, but these pools are not any worse than any other pool. Also, do some research, you can't get sick from swimming in cold water. They are still doing criminal and credit checks, so they do not let just anyone in. I'm not saying it's an excellent apartment or anything, but this review is baseless.

**ALERT** Future Tenants be aware that this WAS a Premiere Property until the new leasing manager took over in Sept. 2007. This property has had a steady increase of Police calls for various drug reports as well as indecent behavior including but not limited to minor alcohol consumption on the exterior grounds of the property. All reports from tenants are ignored. I am being retaliated against for my reporting that activity on the property. I have been a renter here for 4 years and am being threatened with eviction for just protecting our property! Last I checked it was my right! IF YOU HAVE HAD A SIMILAR ON ANY BAD EXPERIENCE WITH BT&A CONSTRUCTION PLEASE CALL LAURIE AT THE CHANNEL 9 NEWS DESK AT 952-946-5767 AND REPORT YOUR STORY AND EXPERIENCE WITH HER TO VALIDATE THESE CLAIMS AND OUR INTEGRITY AS RENTERS!!!
