Mice, Mice, Mice and RUDE staff!!!!!

If you dont want to live with mice or box elder bugs, do not live here. I have had problems with mice since they day I moved in. The staff is extremely old and rude, no respect at all and children have no rights here. I dont think any of them like kids. If they do not want children here, they should become a senior community. Dont have to may people over or they complaine. My childrem are not allowed to do anything without my being with them, not even play tennis alone. Oh yea, they are not allowed to play outdoors either. Get complaints for jumping in the pool but the people below and above my apartment have not quieted down since any of my complaints. Again, mice, mice, mice, time to complain to the Health Dept. Will not renew next lease.

I'm a current resident. The only alert that is posted in the building concerning kids playing outside is from the management telling parents not to let their children play in the PARKING LOT because it's not safe; they could get hit by a car! (Ya THINK???!!!)

**ALERT** Future Tenants be aware that this WAS a Premiere Property until the new leasing manager took over in Sept. 2007. This property has had a steady increase of Police calls for various drug reports as well as indecent behavior including but not limited to minor alcohol consumption on the exterior grounds of the property. All reports from tenants are ignored. I am being retaliated against for my reporting that activity on the property. I have been a renter here for 4 years and am being threatened with eviction for just protecting our property! Last I checked it was my right!
IF YOU HAVE HAD A SIMILAR ON ANY BAD EXPERIENCE WITH BT&A CONSTRUCTION PLEASE CALL LAURIE AT THE CHANNEL 9 NEWS DESK AT 952-946-5767 AND REPORT YOUR STORY AND EXPERIENCE WITH HER TO VALIDATE THESE CLAIMS AND OUR INTEGRITY AS RENTERS!!! I AM STARTING PROCEEDINGS AGAINST THESE PEOPLE FOR DISCRIMINATION, RETALIATION, ETHICS VIOLATIONS, AND OVERALL POOR TREATMENT OF GOOD RENTERS!!!
